Have you ever wanted a personalized license plate for your car? It’s very common to put a business name or personal message on a licence plate and nowadays you see more of these personalized plates on the road. In Ontario, you can choose a plate that’s 2 to 8 characters or 2 to 6 characters with a graphic on the side. There are a few graphics to choose from, but most of them are organization affiliations or local sports teams. The key is coming up with a meaningful message and ensuring that the plate is available…which is getting harder as the better plates are scooped up. Elton and I are a little obsessed with Personalized Licence Plates. We often like to check out other people’s personalized plates on the road and even have a couple of our own. But my favourite one is currently attached to our car, our company name DVOTED2U.
Last Friday, we went out to see Bridesmaids at the theatre and stopped by a parking lot for food. We pulled in right next to a car with a similar message! As the driver was still in the car, we opened our window to commend on his extremely well thought out plate and he was surprised to see how similar his was to ours.
