Terms and Conditions:
Prize : Two return economy-class tickets from Toronto Pearson International Airport to Rome International Airport – Fiumicino
This contest is only open the first 20 couples who book a wedding package** with Devoted to You Inc. between April 16, 2012 to December 31, 2012. Winning prize must be redeemed before December 31st, 2013, otherwise the prize will be deemed null and void.
**(Wedding packages include either full planning or month-of coordination)
Devoted To You Inc. is not responsible for any additional costs, such as hotel accommodations, luggage fares, transportation within Italy, or transfers to/from airports.
Any extra activities and costs beyond the specified prize will be the responsibility of the winner.
Where the prize involves travel, the winner is responsible – unless otherwise specified – for:
* Paying all additional applicable fees and taxes over and above those that are part of the ticket pricing.
* Arranging appropriate travel insurance
* Arranging for adequate health precautions prior to leaving the country
* Familiarizing themselves with visa and other travel requirements
* For countries where visas are required, the winner is responsible for applying for and paying for visas in good time ahead of the trip
* For countries operating a visa waiver program, the winner is responsible for applying for authorization in good time ahead of the trip
* All travel is undertaken at the own risk of the winner and his/her nominated participants in the trip
Minimum booking notice of 6 months will apply.
There is no cash value or alternative to the flight tickets, which are non-transferable.
Participants must be 18 years and over.
While every effort will be made to facilitate the winner with their request for specific travel dates, Devoted To You Inc. reserves the right to choose specific flights and dates.
All flights are subject to availability and it may be difficult to obtain first-choice flights during peak travel periods, including but not restricted to: holidays, mid-term breaks or sporting events.
Travel insurance is not included in this prize and, if not already covered, it is recommended that winner purchase insurance prior to travel.
Devoted To You Inc. shall be entitled to terminate or modify the promotion or to modify these rules at any time prior to the closing date by publishing any such modification or termination on our blog/website. In the event of a dispute, the decision of Devoted To You Inc. shall be final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.
The prize winners will be awarded on a fair and random basis. Devoted to You Inc. has enlisted the assistance of Mr. Joee Wong, of jwphotography.com to be the fair and impartial drawer/judge.
The winners’ names will be made available and will be displayed on our blog and may be used in future marketing materials.
Winners will be notified by email/phone within 28 days of the closing date (December 31 2012). If no reply is received to this notification within 14 days, Devoted To You Inc reserves the right to withdraw the prize and award it to another participant in the draw. A second email will be sent warning of this, before the prize is made forfeit.
If the prizes stated are unavailable, an alternative of the same value will be supplied.
By entering this prize draw, entrants will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by the conditions.
