How to Welcome 2012 with a Bang!

Happy New Years everyone! Hope you’ve had a chance to make some new year’s resolutions for 2012 and try to keep them!

For us, we had the opportunity to play host for a New Year’s Eve party and we invited some close friends for countdown and set off some fireworks. We were able to slap together some nice decorations last minute. Cake pops were from Lottie and Lil.

The fireworks were absolutely stunning. It’s much more fun to do it yourself and get front row seats than to see it far away!

For more photos of our fireworks, here’s a brief Flickr slideshow:

We were also able to take some videos! Here’s one of the grand finale:

By the way, we apologize for the current aesthetics of the blog. We’re migrating to another server so the page may look a little wonky (such as missing photos). We’re on top of it, but please be patient as it’s holiday season so our hosting service is taking a while to get back to us.

Hope you have a great 2012!

⭐️We’ve planned this wedding in less than 6 weeks. Most weddings take over a year to plan because of venue availability💡 Tip: it is possible and doable to plan a wedding in such a short amount of time as long as 1️⃣hire a wedding planner who has a strong network of vendors and able to find quality vendors that are available in a short amount of time 2️⃣ you have flexibility in your budget and 3️⃣ you are able to make quick decisions!
